Diplomacia Policial

O presente estudo tem a finalidade de identificar a Diplomacia Policial, fenômeno que surge inserido no âmbito da Cooperação Jurídica Internacional como ferramenta da Cooperação Direta, estabelecer suas origens e definir o seu regime jurídico de legitimidade no combate a criminalidade organizada transnacional, especificamente do tráfico de drogas, armas e seres humanos, lavagem de dinheiro, fraudes eletrônicas e finalmente a corrupção. Destacar os instrumentos internacionais de cooperação destinados a construção de uma rede multinacional de cooperação policial internacional baseada e fundada nos valores mutuamente compartilhados e expressamente estabelecido nas Convenções das Nações Unidas de Palermo e Mérida e seus anexos. This study aims to identify the Police Diplomacy, a phenomenon that appears inserted in the International Legal Cooperation as a Direct Cooperation tool, establish its origins and define the legal regime of legitimacy in fight Transnational Organized Crime, particularly: drugs, arms and human trafficking, money laundering, electronic fraud and corruption. Highlighting the international cooperation instruments for the construction of a multi-national network of international police cooperation based and founded on mutual shared values and expressly set in the United Nations Convention of Palermo and Merida and thereto.
